Your 8-week strength training program includes a periodized plan for the duration of the entire program and your detailed training program for the first 4 weeks.
The program created will be specific to:

Your long term schedule (competitions, vacations, travels, exams etc)
Your weekly schedule (available time and also coordinated with other training types)
Your training experience
Your available equipment

A unique system of long term planning that incorporates a number of highly effective training strategies
Coaching on your mental pictures of strength and power – a key component to your progress
Recovery techniques that can help you move towards your goals even on recovery days.
