Your 8-week strength training program includes a periodized plan for the duration of the entire program and your detailed training program for the first 4 weeks. 

The program created will be specific to:

  • Your long term schedule (competitions, vacations, travels, exams etc)
  • Your weekly schedule (available time and also coordinated with other training types)
  • Your training experience
  • Your available equipment

The programs create for you and the coaching you receive includes the following:

  • Recovery techniques that can help you move towards your goals even on recovery days.
