"Apply Your Joy, Your Passion, Your Efforts to

Exercise 8 Minutes A Day!"

8 min sol book.jpgThe Solution is NEVER something that comes from the outside.

The solution always is something that comes come the inside.

Sometimes we need information and inspiration, but to create change and manifest whatever goal we might have WE must apply our own passion, our own joy and our own efforts. Those things ALWAYS come from the inside.

That is why the true meaning of the title is “The 8 Minute Solution for Radiant Health and Strength is to apply your joy, your passion, your efforts to exercise 8 minutes a day.”

    YOU have the solution.

I have information and inspiration.

Together we can be a powerful team.

This e-book contains information on:

  • The single most important exercise EVERYONE should do EVERY day.
  • How to stimulate your inner organs for health.
  • Strengthening your arms and shoulders while at the same time improving flexibility in your spine and thighs.
  • How to use your environment as your gym in order to exercise without scheduling extra time.
  • How to structure a training week with minimal training.
  • How to structure a training week with a lot of training.

Bahia, Brasil. 5pm. I was by the pool. My wife and I were on vacation.

We had had a great day. Good breakfast, sightseeing and some nice reading.

It was the kind of day that we both love.

It was about time to take a shower before going down to the village to eat.

I had yet to do my workout. My planned workout was about 45-60 minutes. “I don’t have enough time I thought.”

Is this familiar to you? Have you experienced “I don’t have enough time?”

The experience of not having enough time to exercise probably affects a lot of us in varying degrees:

  • You might have an extremely demanding job.
  • You might be a parent with an extremely demanding job.
  • You might be studying for exams.
  • You could be a new mother who wants to get in shape again.
  • You could be an endurance athlete who wants to get a little bit of strength work done.

What is the “solution” if you “don’t have enough time” but still want to exercise?

The solution, if you “don’t have enough time” but still want to exercise, is to apply your joy, your passion, your efforts to exercise 8 minutes a day.

I can make sure that you have the information to make the most out of those 8 minutes. You can learn how if you buy my book.

Toughness Defined

I will leave you with a little story of a friend of mine.

He is an endurance athlete. Runs and rides the bike. He has a full time job and three kids. We go way back. We met in University in 1992; 4 years later we joined the same track club. From 2002 to 2007 we worked in the same company. His wife is a nurse and works weird hours.

He wanted to prepare for a marathon - with a full time job, three kids and a wife who works weird hours.

A strength athlete can create pretty good results with three 1-hour workouts a week. Not so if you are preparing for a marathon.

You must put in TIME.

Many marathoners have a weekly long run, 2-3 hours. So did my friend. He opted to schedule this run on Sundays. However, his wife left for work at 8am and his kids are ages one and eight so he needed to be home at 8am from a 2-3 hour run!

Solution: get up at 5:00am and be home by 7.30am. (Saying good morning to the people leaving the night clubs.)

Toughness defined.

He did not do any strength work. He could not find the time in his schedule even though he knew that some strength work can help endurance athletes. He would have loved my 8 minute solution.

If you are anything like him, you might like it too.

Making the Most of 8 Minutes

The athletes whom I train have one thing in common with nearly everybody else that works out. They want the most bang for their buck when they are working out.

That is why coaches like me learn to become very efficient with exercise selection. There is no time for redundant exercises:

  • It is about doing more with less – creating a larger training effect with fewer exercises.
  • It is about working the body from as many angles as possible with as few exercises as possible.
  • It is about using exercises that affect you in several ways simultaneously.

In the 8-minute Solution for Radiant Health and Strength you will find 8 different exercises selected and combined with the purpose of giving you the largest possible training effect in the shortest amount of time.

This book will teach you a combination of 8 exercises that:

  • will strengthen you on the inside and the outside.
  • will improve flexibility and strength at the same time.
  • will improve your balance.
  • will energize you if you do them in the morning and relax you if you do them after work in the evening.
  • can be done anywhere without any equipment.
  • can be done in workout clothes or in regular clothes.

This book will show you how to combine these exercises with other and less structured activity for maximum convenience, joy and fun.
