On this site I want you to be able to find THE BEST POSSIBLE information about sports specific conditioning and physical culture. If you are early in your career as a trainer or new to the training world, it might seem a difficult task to find the best sources of information. Therefore, I have decided to provide you with links to some of the sites (including its authors) that I have learned from and been inspired by over the years.

If you are a more advanced coach or trainer and have been in the training world for a long time, you might want to know “where I am coming from” with my strategies and principles. The links below will show you that.

Remember: You can find great information on the site even though you may not agree with every bit of information on that site.

Charles' material (The Poliquin Principles and other books) on program design is close to the best there is. He is very well read and that shows in his works. He is, at the same time, very innovative and analytical.
  Link   Matt Furey
A great site to learn about body weight exercise! Many of the exercises Matt teaches are staples in my training with athletes and my own training. Matt will also teach you about the importance of breathing and how to do it.
  Link   Scientific Studies
Pubmed is the place to go search for scientific studies. Other searchengines like www.scirus.com are also great tools.
