    • Best training methods for each one week template
    • Selecting exercises for each type of block
    • The type of weight training that works best with energy systems training.
  3. How to use the one week training blocks in the creation of your training program
    • How to combine the one week blocks in a 16-20 week training cycle.
    • Pros and cons of “forward” vs. “reverse engineering” your training cycle
    • How to train for two sets of goals simultaneously.
